    Wednesday night the fish market was full of people. After a short wait we were seated in the bar area. The room was packed and the only person working the room was poor bartender who was responsible for taking orders, delivering drinks and picking up orders. As a result we waited about 40 min for dinner. Half the table was served 15 mins before the second half of the table. The clean up staff were the only other people I saw working that room.

    The food is good, especially the sour dough bread but I will think twice before going back when it is crowded.

    My husband is living here in Santa Clara for the next 9 mos for work. We have no idea what food places here are good so we are relying on reviews.

    I went to the Fish Market today for my Birthday. I ordered the Fish and Chips with Fried Oysters. It was really good!!!!! I love the breading on the fish! The side dishes I had (Coleslaw and Fries) were average. This is a casual atmosphere but I was impressed with what I ordered! Prices are about $11 and up. The serve we had was nice but a little ditzy and forgetful.
