    I needed to have the cranks repaired on the original casements windows. Santa Cruz Glass is the only firm in the area that addressed this. Once called, their technician, Jesse, came and did the estimate and ordered the needed parts. Mia called when they were ready and Jesse installed them promptly. They only problem I had was trying to have them pick up the phone. They use Comcast for their phone service and it is really unreliable. I'd try to call and I'd get a message they the voice-mail box was full. Made it seem that they were out of business. Be persistent. They service was worth it to me.
