Richard and his staff are the Team that goes above and beyond excellence in customer-service-care-quality! Personally, on many occassions, Richard and staff have always went above the bar and the extra mile to meet our personal and business needs. I can't quantify the amount of care and concern they have had for us as family. You can always find a friendly smile and greeting with them and never an answer of "No".

Richard and his staff represent Farmer's Ins. as the best--most compasionate--can do People that my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of a business and personal relationship. Bar None!

I have been a customer for 3 years, and I have sent many friends and relatives to Richard's office. So far I have insured 4 different cars with them and have always received outstanding service, advice and counseling. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great local service from a nationwide insurance provider.
