Casa Blanca Inn

We reserved a room with two queen beds and a balcony for around $200. When we got there, they gave us a room with one queen bed and a barely even full sized pull out sofa bed and expected us to pay the same amount. We told them that it was not was we reserved so they showed us to a room with two queen beds. The room was basically located IN THE LOBBY. There was NO balcony either. There is a door with windowns that you would expect to lead out to a balcony; however, when you open the door, you are IN THE LOBBY. That did not seem private to me in any way. They also told us that they do not have a room with two queen beds and a balcony like the lady on the phone that worked there promised us. This was VERY inconvenient because we then had to look for another room in Santa Cruz for that very night, and it took away from our beach time for the day. Not to mention, prices in Santa Cruz are extremely expensive so I was extremely frustrated. Do not stay at the Casablanca Inn if you want to get your money's worth.
