User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy husband and I were looking for a Nissan Quest - we drove from Pittsburg to San Jose to find three over priced used Nissan Quest. They were dirty inside, I reliaze it was a used vehicle but I would hope they would take the time to at least clean them or detail them so they can get their money's worth. I was very dissapointed with the customer service there and also their inventory. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBought a Nissan Sentra from them last year. The paperwork took AGES because the salespeople and management were too busy to care. When we were ready to drive the car, they gave us one key without a keyless entry remote. We asked for it, and they said that the guy in-charge of it already went home, so we should call back. Well we called many times and finally came back, they said that the car NEVER HAD A SECOND KEY AND KEYLESS ENTRY. What?! And they didn't even apologize, like it was our fault! Don't ever come here!

Terrible place. Not recommended. I bought a brand new car from these crooks. I took it home and discovered that they switched the wheels before delivering. They gave me smaller wheels. There was no horn in the brand new car! Luckily Nissan head-office honored the warranty and I had to take the brand new car to another dealer!
