Not sure how this place is getting 5 star reviews - its a run down, expensive place with smiling service being the only redeeming part.

The food is prepared with care, and is spiced according to American tastes. Extra chiles in various forms are available upon request for those that want more heat. All dishes are authentic, and many are unique to Bua Thai. Try ground-pork stuffed 7 inch long prawns of skewers. It's crowded and noisy at lunch with a lunch menu, but not crowded for dinner, with a dinner menu that is really great. My favorite Thai restaurant in the Bay Area.

Best Thai food. Lynn (the owner) is a great lady - her husband does all the cooking. Its a family run place and I tell you the food is amazing - really cheap too.
