User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsLocated nearby the Mercado it's a good pre or post-movie destination. Can be busy in the evenings, but never too long a wait. If you work in the area it's actually not a bad choice for lunch, I have always had food come up fast at lunch time and gotten decent service.
Just about all the breakfast items are good, some of them healthier than others. The lunch menu is pretty decent looking as well. Restrooms are typically pretty clean at this location as they are shared with the Holiday Inn lobby.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey don't answer their phone calls!!!!: These people don't answer phone orders so if your hungry and want to eat take out IHOP, don't even think about it because you are just waisting your time.
