    I pay through BofA electronic bill pay. DOR has messed up the payments twice. I then have to reconcile all the transactions myself. From now on I am paying by writing a real check. Sad that they are in the heart of silicon valley but really don't seem to have the technology.
    My advise to others is to pay with a paper check and buy the stamp.

    There customer service is the worst. and u cant understand what they are saying most of them cant speak english..
