Picasso's is an exquisite little Spanish eatery opened up on Santa Clara Street. Enjoy a fancy but relaxed environment with a decent selection of Tapas, both chilled and warm. Try Ensalada Picasso and the signature Albondigas con Picada de Almendra, which is special fillet mignon meatballs in almond, tomato and parsley sauce. The decor is comfortable, semi-upscale place with fine traditional Spanish food and excellent service. The wine list is moderate and features Spanish vintages.

4 Stars for Service / 1 Star for Food
We ordered a nice variety of Tapas and really, they all tasted the same: oily and garlicky. Each dish had the same base flavor (I think it was parsley), along with the heavy oil and big-time garlic (and I usually love garlic).
Five of us ate lunch for $84 (including tip) so I thought the cost was a bit much for the amount of food we actually had.
I have not been at the restaurant yet. I thought of trying it since I am from Spain and would love to have some authentic Spanish food.
However, I have called twice to make a reservation, both times when the restaurant was open, and left a message with my phone number. I am still waiting for someone to call me.
For customer service, I give the restaurant an awful review.
