All of the marinades are fantastic and the meat (if cooked correctly) is moist and tender. It is a bit out of the way, but well worth it! If you haven't tried them you do not know what you have missed. We take the back road down off of Summit road, and it is a very enjoyable drive, making it an excursion, not just a trip to the grocery store.
