Decent fondue experience. The menu is a bit confusing, since the main focus is a "combination" idea where there are multiple columns of items and you have to select a certain number of ingredients from each column...it would be much better to have a single list to choose from, or even simply go a la carte with a reasonable price for a small portion of each ingredient instead of the $25-per-ingredient sizes they offer now. The chocolate dessert fondue was rather skimpy for the money...two strawberries? Come on. The "we're cheap with the portions" even carried to the kids' sodas, where they served tiny glasses and announced "no refills" when they brought them...who does that anymore, when a glass of Sprite costs a few pennies and they charge a few dollars??? The ventilation above the tables was rather poor, so everyone stunk like oil when we got home and had to change clothes. The service was not great, and the waiter even turned off our pot without asking us, before we were done, so we were surprised when the cheese hardened unexpectedly. The decor is bizarre but interesting. All in all, we had fun, but walked away feeling that the experience for the money is a bit lacking.
best fondue place on the planet!!!!i woul go there as many times as i get!!!my family and i really enjoyed ourselves.Clean and greattt... food!lots of drinks and food to choose from!!!!a little $$ but it is worth it!!!!!!GO THERE FABULOUS AND THE WAITERS ARE NICE AND PROVIDE YOU THE ATTENTION YOU NEED!!!!
The service severely lacks since the remodel. My friends complained about it on different occasions and were berated by management. I decided to see for my self, and boy it was bad, which really stinks because I used to like the place.
I donât want to waste too much time typing. Just read the other reviews below 3 stars and most of my complaint are covered.
Itâs too bad to see such a great place go downhill.
