User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsone of the best pho in the Bay Area: If you know pho, then you'll recognize immediately that Pho Dac Phuc tastes like no others. The meat is hand-sliced so it's soft and tender; the soup has little or no anise so that you can taste other flavors; they make their own chili sauce and it's deliciously hot. Be warned though that some will absolutely love it while others won't get it.
