I love this place! I have been going there for over 2 years and have never had a previous experience where my cut AND color both are fabulous. Another poster said cuts were $100 and up but I have never paid that. If you want the best of both worlds, ask for Terri...she ROCKS!

Great personal service!: This salon is by far my favorite in saratoga/los gatos. Cuts are reasonable starting around $45. Everyone is always so nice and they also call a day before your appt for a reminder. My hairdresser is awesome and I always get compliments on my cut and color. This is a great salon without the attitude of some of the more pricey ones in the area.

"Lost" my appointment: I was pretty disappointed, I made a trip 20 minutes to seratoga to be told that no one had written down my reservation and maybe I had made the appointment somewhere else. I checked my phone log, and sure enough I called the correct number 3 days before to make the appointment. I can't understand how someone can take down my information and read back my appointment time and then lose it. They also charge $100 and up for cuts....must be good. Too bad I never had a chance to see.
