A friend of ours referred us to this place and I will never have mycar serviced here again!! They kept saying that they were going to come by our home to check out our issue and estimate it. They would set up times with us and never show then when they did they said nothing was wrong even though the car wouldn't even start. So, reluctantly they gave us an estimate and took our car to the shop. Initially they estimated it at one price then when we called weeks later to find out when we should be getting it, they give us the run around and told us that there were other parts that were being ordered and gave us a completely HIGHER pricing, when were they going to call and let us know?? After the fact?? Then they told us we would be getting it one day and when that day came and went and didn't get a call WE called them to be told it wasn't going to be ready for another week!! Then over a week went by and did not received a call!! This went on for 3 more weeks!! So we get a call telling us that it was ready and he needed the money THAT very day, after we had been NEEDING it and EXPECTING it for weeks! When we pick it up it was filthy, completely out of gas (even though the shop was about 4 miles away), and looked like they had used it for their work, grease marks on the inside! I will NOT be refering any work their way!!
