User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSuperb vegetarian food: Althugh many dishes on the menu have names that make you think they're beef, fish or chicken, they are all made with wheat gluten and other meat substitutes, and they do an amazing job with those. I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years with both, vegetarian and meat eating friends and everyone has loved the food. Although the restaurant has had several owners, the cook hasn't changed and her family now owns the place. The food is always good and most (maybe even all) menu items are vegan. The kids love watching the fish in the aquarium after dinner.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDelicious, and very friendly: I went to go see a Movie in The The Park this summer, and got hungry. We walked to the nearby restaurants and ran across White Lotus.
YUM!! Not only were they so very friendly and personal, but the food was great. I was pleasantly surprised, and even my meat and potatoes boyfriend liked the food. The food is fresh, has a nice flavor, and you get interesting choices. At last, a delicious place to go to eat for vegan/vegetarians in the South Bay.
If you haven't been yet, I would recommend tring it at least once.
