The worst place you could eat at.... It was my first time there and the service was really bad, the waitresses where only concerned about where they wanted to go have a drink after work, and you know what, that was cool, but look it, was so hot that day and I just wanted to start off with some water, appetizers, finish with a burger and enjoy my day. But this place was just all bad. It stunk when I walk in, I thought it was just because it was hot outside that maybe when they cleaned, the heat cooked the old water. I don't know, I was trying to give this place a chance but the visit just got worst. The drinks were warm, when she gave us our utensils there was OLD FOOD plastered on to the back of the fork....OMG. I was grossed out but I was trying really hard to not be picky and just asked for another set of utensils. But wait for it...... then my appetizers showed up; they started off great but....here it comes....and yes there was a hair entangled in the cabbage that plated the caimari. OOOOMMG..... after I saw that I almost threw up in my mouth. I had it......I was so angry.......And I got up and headed to my waitress to get some sort of remorse. But....of course there was none. They didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for serving the most horrific display of service. I wasn't sure if they even cared.
Well..... that's why I'm writing this review, just to give everyone one a heads up and what to expect....IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE IN A DIRTY, SMELLY ENVIRONMENT WITH A PUBIC HAIR ADDED ON TOP THEN THE GRILL IS FOR YOU. Just FYI I warned you.....Good Luck....
Good for four stars. Service is always good and when they switched pork chop vendors and the new supplier was awful, our dinner was exchanged without question. One time I ordered Tuna Sashimi and the kitchen just served it up with Wasabi and chopsticks...no hassle. I would pick this over Mcormick and Schmits across the street. I would also choose this over Morton's but not over Ruth Chris, Haps, Alexanders (risky see my review but the food was still good) or Spencers. More on par with Flemmings.
Best in service and best sunday Prime Rib special you'll taste in the South bay area.
