Fantastic customer service! Our first experience here was renting a costume for 7th grade Renaissance Day. There were a lot of people renting cosutmes when we went, but they handled everyone fast and efficiently and made the experience really fun as well. They also had a huge selection of costumes to choose from. The next time we went was for make-up for a school production. The woman who helped us took her time picking out the right colors for my daughter and gave us great advice as well. Again, very fun and positive experience. Very highly recommended!

As a magician and kid's entertainer, I have purchased 3 costumes from this store this year. The service has always been second to none! Friendly, of course, but also completely in tune with my needs. I have no problem recommending this store to others in my profession or anyone looking for a great costume at a great price.

FANTASTIC! I needed a particular BenNye bruise wheel for a play, and they were awaiting a replacement shipment after the zombie crawl sold them out. The day the shipment arrived (on my opening night), they hadn't yet unpacked the many boxes when I got there. They could have just asked me to come back again, but instead they opened the boxes while I waited to find the make-up I needed. Now THAT'S customer service! They've won me over as a loyal customer.
