Stevens Creek Scion-Toyota

I wish I read the yahoo reviews: I actually went to Scion Stevens Creek Toyota which is affilitated with Stevens Creek Toyota. They actually ran my credit report before I even saw the car. They explained that my credit score was really well for my age, but still they should not have. When I came home that night, I went online and looked at these reviews and regret not doing it earlier before seeing them. If you do decide to see them make sure that the finance guys show your credit score to you and give an explanation on how it is used. I just looked on the California DMV website and it is the law that they show you 1. your score and 2. how it works. Because these people at Capitol Toyota and Scion Stevens Creek did not do this (i went to both places). I am leaving this posting up in Captiol Toyota, Scion Stevens Creek, and Stevens Creek Toyota because I do not want these people ripping consumers off by hiding their credit score by giving them a higher APR. Having dealt with these car dealerships, I will never forget this lesson.

If there is one good note: I met a man, I forgot his name but I think he deals with all of the paperwork. He cautioned me that if I was not ready to buy a car that we did not have to start on the paper work. He was actually patient compared to the other people. He understood the stituation that since I did not see the car yet, it was not such a good idea to fill out paper work to buy the car without getting my satisfaction. So I stepped away from this document process.

The wait is long and the service is poor.: My experience at this dealer was limited to oil changes. I tried them three times and I will never go back. Good luck if you need anything more complicated!
