1. Today (Jan 31, 2010), I went to Sears Auto at Eastridge in San Jose around 4 PM and wait in line for 20 mins. I am in the front of the line after 20 mins but no once help me at all. But they call there friend and there family to help them. I so angry. I said Sears Auto was suck. I ask who the manager is? They tell me that no manager. What ever. Sear store was suck. I will not come back to any Sear store to by anything from now on. 2. On Feb.1, 2010, I was called to discuss with store manager around 4:45PM on that day. The lady said, I know you upset but my store policy is who want to pay small item first, not on first in the like. What kind of the business is this? 3. Also, I has been contact to the store manager at 11:40 AM on Feb.1, 2010. He tells me that he called me back with in 4 hrs. But he never called me back. What kind of the Sear Store Manager that is? My co-worker tell me that she has the same problem to her in sear at location is Eastridge Mall.
