   Cal West is a family run company. As a long time client I have seen them perform well for my needs. Recently I needed to sell the property that they managed. They recommended a good agent. They make good recommendations and the people they associate with can be trusted. You will like your experience with them.

   I recently delt with Rob, the owner of a property in West San Jose. We had a verbal agreement to rent a property in November and had agreed on a date of move in and the dates for deposits. 3 days later, Rob calls my husband and tells us that he has rented the property to somebody else. He has really left us up a creek without a paddle as we had already given our 30 day notice at our current place and the current place had already been rented. A courtsey call that he need the deposit sooner would have been helpful, but Rob got greedy and took more money from someone else. This is not how you do business! He has left us in an awful predicament and he could have cared less. Verbal agreements are good as gold, but greed got the better of Rob! Do not do business with Cal West, they are not trustable!

   Cal West gave me excellent service. I was new to the notion of renting my property out. I felt unsure and need tons of information. I spoke with one of the agents as well as Robert. They were all very helpful and explained my options in language I could understand. I found them to both honest and reliable. I highly recommend their services.
