This was an amazing experience for me!!! I get a nail in my tire early in the day in San Francisco, but I have an afternoon job in San Jose I have to go to, so I drive down there and plan to get the tire fixed while I am there. I look up "Auto Repair and Maintenance Shops" on my in-dash GPS and up pops the list of local shops, the first of which is Camarena's Auto Repair. I call the number listed with the location information and a person by the name of Ramiro picks up the call. I asked him if the shop does tire repairs, and if so, how quick and how much for an SUV tire. I was very pleased with his answer that they could get the tire fixed within 10 to 15 minutes for me, so I told him that I would come by immediately so that the work could be completed. They were easy to locate since they are one of the last businesses on a dead-end street location there on Newhall Street in San Jose, so no problems with that one for me. I got there and Ramiro greeted me at the entry door to his busy shop. I let him know that I was the one he had just spoken with on the phone and he started work on my SUV right then and there. Within only 5 minutes he had my tire completely repaired and me ready to get back out on the road, and for that I am extremely thankful to Ramiro and his shop because I know they did not have to stop their other work for me, but they put it on hold anyway so that they could service my car ASAP when I arrived.
