obviously we have bad credit if we are financing through them, but that doesnt give them the right to be the way they are ... they are ridicolous .... payments due on the 5th, they call by the 7th .. everyday 3 times a day. I work during the day so i cant answer my cell phone ... i call back on my lunch. My rep isnt there so i leave a message on his VM. When he calls me back, im back @ work. he leaves a messgae saying HE NEEDS to TALK to me & for me NOT to leave messages. Helllllloo..... im trying to tell you when i am coming in ! And make sure you add 2 days to whenever your telling them you can bring the payment in because no matter what day you tell them, they ALWAYS say they HAVE to have it 2 days before the day your saying or they are gonna pick the car up .... its all just a bully system there ! ohhhh and when i ran my credit report recently as i am fixing my credit it showed 15 credit inquiries from A-L over the past 4 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is UNACCEPTABLE ! Its not a reporting issue bc you CAN NOT be 30 days late on your payment or your car will be gone ... you get bullied & harrassed from 2 days after yor payment is due, so why run the credit. This place is a nightmare !
