    Thanks TLC: My Springer Spaniel was not welcomed at our local groomers. He would not let them pull him out of his cage and would growl when they tried. We told TLC this and they still took him on as a client. They have been doing a great job grooming him for I guess more than 5 years now.

    Communication Problems: Being mobility impaired, living in a 2nd-floor condo, having a 20# longhaired cat, I needed a groomer who would come to me.

    TLC worked out great for 1 1/2 years, in spite of the fact that the groomer couldn't get it straight that I was ADAMENT that no scent be used on my cat.

    I called for an appointment around the end of Feb., and was told that the next opening was in April, and they'd call me to get the appointment set up, as they were on the road.

    I called back after 2 days and left a message, but there was no callback. A week later, I called again. Still no callback.

    After yet another week, I finally got a real person.

    Yes, I was upset. I told the lady that if, at the end of Feb., the earliest openings were in April, after over 2 weeks, we'd be looking at July! She apologized, but I told her it was bad business not to return customers' calls.

    She got very testy with me and began to string me along as to whether they'd still accept me as a customer. Yes...no...yes...no...talk to partner...

    This infuriated me!!!

    I insisted on an answer NOW, and she went OFF on me.

    This pushed my final button, and I did not delete my expletive to her before I hung up!!!

    This was a terrible way to treat a customer who had been paying $125 PLUS 20% TIP for her services!!!

    The BEST in town !!: Buff is like no other - My dogs really respond to him! We used to have to fight to go to the groomers, but with Buff they run out to the VAN to get their grooming - I couldn't ask for anything more.
