| About: | Amidst German-style decorations and chattering patrons, you will sample an impressive selection of roasted meats here. This hopping joint is crowded nearly every day with all kinds of people from every walk of life. Carnivores pound frothy glasses of beer and put away huge portions of quality meats, especially sausages, which come in a dazzling variety of types. The aromas of the place alone will make the visit worthwhile. Sports are always on the televisions and there is a terrific selection of draft beer. |

It is a good food. Authentic German restaurant. Their sandwiches seems very thin and not sufficient for even one person. I had carvery turkey sandwich. It had only one leaf of lettuce, one tomato slice and 3thin slices for turkey.. My hubby had polish sausage dish which was very good..Food is fresh..I will probably go there again...You can try this place..
Harry's is SJ's best at slathering plate-fulls of comfort food, cafeteria style. They also have a huge bar with just about all of our world's beers, many on tap.
Sit down and work on half a baked chicken for about ten bucks, or a thanksgiving worthy tray-o-food for even less, than try to choose from ten or twenty yards it seems of desserts, and you'll understand why so many enormously obese San Joseans have made this place a second home for decades.
Harryâs is a Bay Area institution, serving a wide variety of dishes, ranging from carved Roast Beef & Turkey, to Enchiladas and Knockwurst. This is a carvery at its best. Itâs dark & homey atmosphere make it the perfect place for a large plate of comfort food. The open faced turkey sandwiches are excellent. The San Jose location offers a huge bar, with a nice selection of beers and mixed drinks. Iâve had consistent experiences in quality at every remaining Bay Area location (Foster City, Redwood City).

My turkey sandwich was three thin slices. No tomato, no lettuce, no pickle was offered. They were out of wheat rolls. I had to ask for the cranberry sauce. All for $7.00. Never again will I go to Harry's.
