User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCan't beat this place even though customer service sucks. This is the only place that you can eat sushi for 15 bucks. I noticed most of the customers that are walking out probably never been there and want service first before anything. Heck i don't care about that because the sushi is good and fresh. I been going for years and my suggestion if you plan to go either go when they first open or go after peak after lets say 130pm.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTHIS place is the Best Sushi place in the whole Valley as far as I am concerned by $ and service. Don't get me wrong I have been to many wonderful great places in the bay area. Many GREAT places but this place has wonderful customer service. I was first introduced about 6 years ago by a friend "Bruce". I have been back and taken many friends back and I did not know a person at all that works there and it was a great experience for sushi. GO enjoy as much as you can eat "FRESH". You will love it. SUPPORT OUR LOCAL SUSHI HOUSES EAT SUSHI.....

The all you can eat potion is one order at a time, making the wait sometimes very long for three pieces of sushi. The two ladies that work there are very sweet. Didnt mid waiting bc they let us know what was going on. Then we met the guy that works there, and order second order took over one hour. We could see him walking around, ringing people up and then he disappeared. we walked up to the chef and asked him if he could take our order and he looked down and said give it your waiter and blew me off after i told him he hasnt come in a long time. Mind you this was at 2 pm on a weekday there were maybe five people in the place! what a disappointment!! we love unagi and sushi and the food was good, except for the terriaki, which was consistently DRY!! this place needs to get it together or it will lose a lot more customers than just us!!
