I've known Stacy from many training forums over the past decade, and have found her advice to be superb. If I lived in San Jose, I'd be camped out on her doorstep. Always on the cutting edge of science, Stacy combines science with heart, focusing not only on how to get the desired behaviors from the dog, but also in strengthening the communication between dog and human. This is a trainer who lives her life with the same tenets that she uses in communicating with dogs. I've never known her to offer anything less than helpful, wise advice. She's one of my heroes.
I took Stacyâs puppy training class several years ago with my new puppy, Ashley. Stacy did a great job teaching us how to train our dog. Her techniques stuck with us and allowed us to keep Ashley from becoming a delinquent doggy. When the time comes for us to get another puppy there is no doubt that I will take training classes at Stacyâs Wag ân Train again.
Buffy, my golden, and I have taken many classes with Stacy over the past 5 years. Clicker training is fun and addictive. Once you start realizing the many things you and your dog can learn together, the possibilities are endless! And the "Real World" classes give you the chance to put all that info into use in a wide array of situations!
Now that I have my little shelter guy, Captain Jack, we have gone back to the beginning, and I find myself enjoying it just as much. Stacy's help and patience have made it possible for a frightened dog to become a very enjoyable character who can show off his personality without being scared.
I just can't recommend Stacy highly enough!
