User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI ate at Giant Burger for many years. NO MORE! The new ownership has ruined the place. The quality of the food is no better than a McDonalds. The once competent staff has been replaced by shucking and jiving pubescent punks. They fool around, flirt and tease with each other, screw up orders, horse around, get in each other's way, play grab ass, neglect hygiene, and provide lousy service the customers. The is no adult supervision. The swill they make is horrible! The quality of the burgers has deteriorated to inedible. I watched the same batch of fries being salted by three different kids because no one knows what they are doing and my orders are added incorrectly or lost so I had to ask twice to have my order prepared. Very few Arnold residents will eat there any more, and we pity the poor tourists who do. GIANT BURGER HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswas good with old owners,,,wouldnt feed my dog at this place now,,,it is sick to see someone who is handling food wipe noses and faces and then grab a handful of fries or whatever with that same discusting hand and put them in a bag for a customer!been eating here forever,,,in the last year or so it has gotten filthy,,,NO PRIDE AT GIANT BOOGERS!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThanks for the tip Maggie's Mom! I decided to take your advice this past weekend and stop by Giant Burger on my way up the mountain. You were right! The food is fantastic! My friends and I will definitely stop by Giant Burger anytime we are in the Arnold area!

Was good with the old owners??? Are you crazy? Filthy?? This restaurant is cleaner than it's ever been! There are new tables and chairs, carpet is clean and they recovered the stools at the counter! Looks awesome! I have met the new owners and they are very nice people. I think they have done a great job in a short period of time at turning this place around. And as you can see by everyone else's review, they agree! I always see the employees wash their hands. I have never seen them grab fries with their bare hands and put them in the bag! That's ridiculous! THERE IS PRIDE AT GIANT BURGER!
