User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. This is the nicest park we've stayed in that's in such a dense forest. Rarely do you find full hookups in the trees. There's lots to do nearby like fishing, biking, hiking, picnics and canoeing. Calaveras Big Trees State Park is close by too. The town of Arnold is close by and they have a great well stocked grocery store. The campground has a wonderful well kept pool, it was sparkling clean. There's a playground for the kids to let off steam and best of all there's lots of restaurants nearby for a cooks night off!! If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will stop for sure. It was a wonderful experience!
