Elmwood Elementary School

# 1 Elmwood Days: In the 60's I went to Elmwood Elementary on Cardinal street where my Grandson and nephew attend now.I attended 2nd 3rd 4th 5th grades there. I loved this school. Mr. Buckley was the principle. Had Miss Cruz/Mrs. Mitchell in 2nd grade..She was pretty and she was my first crush on the female gender and also she was( a very good teacher).3rd grade I had the honor of Miss Mcpherson (hope I got the spelling right,it's been a while).I thought she she was very cool for a teacher. I enjoyed her class..In 4th grade I had Mrs. Barnes.She was strict,but fair,had a dry sense of humor that I dug,and and also she was cool.. (Last & Least) "NEVER" will I ever forget Mr. Fucille-5th grade,with his Beret,Parrot ,sports car,bad temper,& the day he smacked me under the chin during assembly which caused me to go awol,running home with a bloody lip..From him I learned to Duck! I live by Elmwood and the boys like it as well as I did.

the #1 school: i went to this school during my k-6. I went when Mr. Semilio was the principle which still is. He made every year the best with him doing crazy things just so the kids would read. Every one there teaches really good. I would live close to elmwood just so my kids can expirience what i did.
