User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIs the negative reviewer writing about the same school that I know? Is there another Sierra Christian School in town? The school that I am familiar with offers a competent principal, extremely helpful teachers, extraordinarily pleasant secretary, superior food services, and a completely positive school climate. They, in cooperation with their parents, are producing students who not only achieve academically but who have been taught in a supportive Christian environment.

Our child attended this school last year. To say the least, we were very disappointed in the education he received. There is a huge lack of communication from the School faculty. We spoke with the principle several times about the lack of communication from our sonâs teacher as well as the school. He assured us it would not happen again, but it did. Over and over again! The only time we received any information from the school was in the form of a bill. The staff is very judgmental (especially the Secretary). No one ever answers the phone or checks the schools voicemail. âF for Sierra Christian! What a waste of money! On top of the tuition I had to pay a private tutor an extra $300.00 a month to catch our child up to grade level. I do not recommend this school!

I am sorry that your experience at Sierra was negative. My son is having a totally different experience. I have found the principle and staff easy to communicate with. Our secretary is the best! I think all parents who are viewing these comments need to investigate for themselves about Sierra. So come and speak with the principle and staff before you listen to any web posting. First hand information and assessemnt is the most appropriate action that you can take for your child when your facing such an important decision. We love Sierra Christian School. I am sorry that this one family's experience was not the same.
