I was referred here a year ago by a friend to fix my computer. They fixed it within hours. When I needed to buy another computer I looked at the box stores but purchased a CP from computer xp. Warranty was included no cost unlike the box stores. I recently needed another fix and Luis took my unit at 9:00AM and called me by 11:00AM that it was fixed and was covered by warranty. I run a family owned business and respect the customer service that comes from a family owned business. I would rather pay a few more dollars and get good customer service that support a big box store that does not care about the customer.
