After two visits, I must say that I agree all the great reviews the previous patients provided for Dr. Ngo and her staff. I had seen total of 5-7 optometrists in the last 18 years. By far, I am most impressed by North Valley Optometry. The services are impeccable! The minute I walked into the door, I was immediately greeted by Dr. Ngo's staff, Catherine, with a smile. Catherine and the other office staff, I forgot the name, were polite, friendly and helpful. Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable! She is also very thorough and takes her time with you. I was very impressed with how thorough she was; explaining all the different machines/tests, answering my questions, giving me recommendations, etc.! Dr. Ngo gives the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my entire 18 years of wearing corrective lenses. She was informative, taught me about my astigmatism, and allowed me to try out different kinds of contact lenses to see which one is most suitable and comfortable for my eyes. Dr. Tarryn Ngo is one of the greatest optometrists you can find in San Jose!
