User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYet another incredible meal at one of our favorite restaurants in Stockton. A recently updated menu provides something for everyone. Tonight we sat at the Sushi Bar; I love watching the sushi "chefs" create their masterpieces. The sushi is not only the best, but it is beautiful too! We've eaten sushi, nigiri, tempora, miso and more at a number of places both locally and out of the area, and we believe Cocoro to be the best. Tonight was BBQ Albacore roll- excellent. Other favorites are tuna ceviche, spicy crunchy scallop roll (get it spicy!), beef cilantro roll, and of course the Coco roll. Try a tomato, corn or carrot wrap for a change. The service is great and the owners are always on site. We love that Cocoro is popular and that it is always crowded....a good sign that it will be around for a long time.

I love Coco.ro! To me it's more of the nicest sushi places in Stockton. It is close to a University so maybe that's why I like the setting. The restaurant has a cozy feeling, it's always busy and there's always people. The food is great, not overpriced at all and yes the service is a little slow, but they're not constantly checking up with you; so your conversations are never interrupted to answer whether or not you're doing well of if you need anything else.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy favorite Sushi restaurant in the Stockton and Lodi area. I love the tuna and sashimi salads. My Mom and I usually stop by this place at least once a week to try their different rolls. The Salmon Cilantro rolls are delicious!
