I just read JK's review on Castle Museum I guess he must have been having a bad day. Castle is one of the best Museums on the west coast. The aircraft are repaired and washed (no small feat for something the size of the B-36 and the B-52. on a rotating schedule. But with the wind and the dust its pretty hard to keep them shining. But if JK is in the local area I;m sure he would be a welcome to come help out and put right what he thinks is wrong.
Go to the web site and check out the list of aircraft on display then go on out annd see them for your self. The latest A4L Navy fighter looks like it ready to launch off a carrier deck, The guys who put these aircraft back together do a great job. DS

I was born at Castle; My father was a B-52 Crew Chief/Mechanic/Sargent. The shape of the Museum is awful. The planes look run down dirty and decrepid.
What a shame that a once Historical, Awe inspiring place of American History has gone to the dumps...and at $10.00 a person you can pretty much forget about them ever comming back from the grave. Its just really sad to me that it would cost as much to walk through a run down airplane graveyard as it would to take my family to lunch and a zoo. GOOD LUCK Castle Museum!
