User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOverall an kinda-OK place to buy a car. We had a lot of trouble getting a refund for the Safe-Gap Total Loss coverage once we paid off the Truck, but I believe it was due to Safe-Guard Products International. Finance seemed a little disorganized, but the drove out to our house to fix the problems.
Russell, our sales person knew the previous owner, and we returned some personal CDâs that where accidentally left in the audio system. During this process, Russell promised some red Nissan touch-up paint and it never arrived. I called and spoke to him several week later, and Yep, that paint was on its way! Alas, it has never arrived. We emailed him a few weeks ago to check on the paint, but no reply! Avoid Russell and good luck! I'm torn between a rating of average (to good) or poor (maybe a little to harsh), but went with poor due to Russell handling of the paint.
