    Originating from the bay area, I have been a county resident for roughly 6 years. I was a bit leery about a chinese restaurant in the mountains having grown up on some of the best chinese food San Franicisco has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised when my son and I first ate at China Station. Not only is the ambiance what you would expect from a fine chinese restaurant but the service was outstanding. It felt like we were enjoying meal at a friends house. The food was outstanding!!! Some of the best hot and sour soup I have tasted, the kung pao was spicy without being overbearing and please do not pass on the tea. You will regret it!

    I was impressived by the decoration of this restaurant. The handcrafts are traditional and beautiful. They serve great Wulong tea for each people. The service is good, too.

    I went to China State Restaurant twice during this weekend when we traveled to Yosemite. The foods there are awesome. The pot sticks are crispy. I don't know the name of the sauce, but it's really amazing. My wife like China state special prawn. The prawn smells good as well as fresh.
