i have been buying firniture and all my appliences from this guys and they are defenetly good theirs thing that heppens but they try their best to do what they can but now its better with the new mannager they have he is realy a profesional manager and their only two of the delivery guy that do things right if some one is buying from this guys ask for the manager to do youre transactions.

dont buy furniture ever: NOT THIS STORE BUT THE OLIVE AVE BRANCH

i bought a $1500 sectional and the delivery guys damaged the upholstry loading and unloading. i had the RAC benefits plus so i could have it fixed.
i decided to move to merced and have the store there deal with the repairs.
they told me they send damaged furniture to a service center. i agreed to wait 2 months to have my couch repaired. when it was time to receive the couch, the delivery guys wouldn't load it into my home because it was policy due to the fact that it was damaged by the oregon drivers. well the service center did a horrific job and i want to warn people not to buy, but just rent. this couch was only 8 months old and rented once when i first received it.

plus the delivery guys didnt even bother to call me when they couldnt find my home because it was new and not listed on mapquest or on a map. they just went on to the next delivery. and when i called the store they said we couldnt find your home and we tried to call you. so i had to wait 2 more weeks extra just to have the couch taken away.

service was definitely not a factor to theese lazy wetbacks you know who you are you stupid cullero's .
