User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe've been to your Ceres location at least 3-4 times and NEVER received fast service. It seems certain "locals" are served quick while we have to wait. This a.m. we waited 15 min. to even be seated so we came home & had our own meal done surely before your restaurant would ever have served us .. as we saw at least 8+ tables without their food!! At 10am, that seems a little slow, I'd say. We hope this message will go to your corporate office as we feel you need more help at your restaurant and we do live in the Ceres area & love eating at other "IHOP's". Sorry, but we do feel you need to know this!
