Awful service experience: I was coming thru town when I drove my Chrysler 300 drove over something, which started a drip. I thought "There's a friendly Chrysler dealership with a service shop". I asked technician if he could look, as my car was parked right next to the garage and they were not working on any cars at the moment. Without bothering to walk 30 feet and look, he said it was the oil pan and wanted to charge me $95 and keep my car 2 days. I told him I checked the drip and it didn't smell or feel like oil. He told me it was and suggested I don't drive and became a bit rude. I then went to the Pit Stop oil change place down the road, who checked my car for free in about 30 seconds, and explained it was only water from my A/C. Not only that, they showed me how my oil pan is protected (something you'd think a Chrysler dealership would know about one of the cars they sell) and said since it was pushing 100 degrees my A/C was working hard causing condensation. That made sense. The next day I called the owner of Richardson Dodge-Chrysler, who seemed genuionely concerned and thanked me for calling, but even though one data point does not a trend make, I would recommend staying away or at least being careful with this business.
