We Bought Certified Toyota Sienna LE and had very bad Experience with this dealer . Lots of Problems with the Van. Fed Up with the Problems in 4 months. When we went to buy a van the sales people showed a Van and stressed to buy this van never disclosed this is having Salvage Title. After we paid the money and took signature for all the paperwork finally they showed it had an accident and had a salvage title and they said it might be a very minor one .. we were very upset at that time and they convinced that dont worry. it is not a major accident and we did 160 point inspection , the Van is in perfect condition and all.. But after a month the Van Suddenly stopped in the middle of the freeway when i was driving in 60 mi/hr and i was fortunately escaped from a major accident.. Now the Air Conditioner is stop working and Door is not closing.. i drove only 2500 miles after i bought the Van. How Can u Trust these Dealers? and Toyota Certified Cars ? Now the Dealer taking no responsibilty as it is passed 90 days comprehensive warranty.. I am very very upset.. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALER TO BUY THE VAN TO THIS DEALER.
We bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna LE used and Toyota Certified Van with 7 yr 100K mi warranty and 45K miles with Extended Warrenty for 7yr and 100k mi warrranty . After 2 weeks the Van suddenly stopped on 99 hwy making rattling noice and luckily we pulled the van to side and we survived. Then the Van didn't started we have to Tow the Van , when i called the Toyota they said they dont cover for Towing. Then we paid for towing to the Dealer and we were very upset about it and they said they will fix the problem. we didn't trusted them that they did 160 point inspection and asked them to do the inspection again and provide the report. After 2 weeks again the air condition stop working and the Automatic door was not closing . We called them immdty and explained the problem they asked to bring the vehicle and they did all inspection and given the bill for $290 to fix the door and said extended warranty will not cover .... Then i went to talk to the Owner he said Sorry the Door part is Worn Out and cant replace . you need to pay. Guess what we drove the car only 2K miles so far and i used only couple of times that Automatic Door.. Owner Refused to replace the Part and he walked out from me... i didnt fix it as i dont trust them they are going to replace the New/original Part. When we go to buy the Van everyone will come behind us and they give all kind of Assurance and play all kind of tricks to sell the Cars ... After we buy the car we have to go behind them and they refuse to take any chance and they not even want to hear the problems and they walk out... Please Never go to this Dealer to buy the Cars
I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. While droping off my car another mechanic drove another vehicle into mine. There was damage done to the other car but not to my own. Then when I returned to pick up my vehicle they had lost my truck key. I had to wait around for them to find the key. I was not offered any refund of services or any other act of apology for my time wasted or the accident they caused.
