User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have gone to this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently excellent. The service has always been good and the staff knew the menu and how things were prepared. The food was prepared well and most tasty. I enjoy the pork chop while my wife enjoys the Moscow Duck. It is a marvelous place to go for a special ocassion and I continue to be grateful we have Magellan's in Tracy. It adds much to this community.

Very poor customer service, especially over the phone during lunch time. A third class restaurant is far better than w/ this one. Employees need more training dealing with customers on or off the phone. Very disappointed!
