User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI don't know who you are talking about that is giving you bad service. Every time I have gone in there, I am greeted at the door with a friendly face and a smile. They help me with whatever I am needing at that time. I've never had $100 bills to flash in their faces and they still help me.

Service, if you can call it that, sucked. These guys would not lift a finger to help you even if you were flashing $100 bills in their faces. Good thing there are two other much better guitar shops in Turlock.
