Bought a stereo from their tent sale, was told the display was what was in the box and it came with ipod cord. Left it to be installed. When we picked up the vehicle it was a TOTALLY different stereo and they wanted $180 more for the one they had supposedly sold us already and would not take the stereo out or refund our money. Also.. NO IPOD CORD??? We had to pay an extra $40 and bring vehicle back another day. Stereo is not user friendly by any stretch of the imagination so we do not use it. AVOID THE TENT SALE SCAM!!!

On the same day we bought an alarm system. They set it to lock automatically several minutes after you take the key out. It is an RV!!!! We keep getting locked out at campgrounds. Finally got that fixed and found that the way that they connected it is draining our MONSTER battery. AND it goes off continuously due to draining the new monster battery. Has nothing to due with sensitivity. The neighbors hate us now, so we have to leave the alarm turned off... BUT IT RESETS ITSELF AND TURNS ITSELF ON!!!!! Went to them and begged them to remove it and refund our money and they refused both with a huge attitude. It was only $149 and we spend thousands on stereo equipment so it was stupid on their part.

We were trying to support local and avoid corporates like Best Buy but we got hosed for it. Ended up taking next vehicle to Best Buy and they were awesome and everything was done perfect the first time. The alarm was set the most obvious and user friendly way. Told us to come back any time if any problems.

CarTunes is an embarrassment to independent and local audio stores. Never in 40 years have I been so disappointed with a business.
