    DO NOT BUY FROM HANSEL FORD. They were quick to take my my $25,000 for a brand new car, but to stand behind thier product is a different story. Horrible experience and will never go to them again.

    Horrible Horrible experience I made an appointment to see a couple cars and trucks and the guy wasnt even scheduled to work that day. Awful customer service. And to top it off one of the managers was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I will never buy from them.

    Horrible!: Brand new 01 mustand new transmission at 8 mths traded it in for 02 cougar new engine and new transmission at 2 years. Dealerships tried to turn it on me. They ended up fixing everything ON THEM!!! Free to me. I wonder whos fault that must have been???? They are horrible.
