    This store got a new owner several years ago. It's now called My Baby News. It has very little resemblance to the store of 2006 or 2007.

    Was very disappointed by service: We went there to get a high end stroller and car seat. There were two employees working and no customers. Not once did someone come up to us to offer assistance. The two employees were at the cash register talking. I was so bothered by that that I left without viewing the rest of the store. I will not being going back there.

    What a great store!: Excellent service all around. Went in to buy a Britax. Noone bothered us, just let us look. They came to see if we needed help, I said 'no thanks, we're just looking' and they backed off until we showed signs of being ready. (this is a plus b/c i hate pushy sales people, LOL). The poor guy who was helping us brought out THREE carseats for me to compare prints, and was SO wonderful. He took the one I chose to the counter for me and even loaded it in my car.
    I got home and realized my carseat was missing the shoulder strap pads that are supposed to come with it.
    I called as soon as I noticed and a wonderful man named John ran in the back, grabbed another set and held them behind the counter for us to pick up at our earliest convenience.
    I'm so impressed with this store, and I'll certainly be going back!
