I have eaten here on several occasions and it is usualy pretty good. I couldn't have been more dissapointed on my visit on 10/28/09. I went in there when the first reopened for dinner, trying to get something before my late class. The shirmp tempura was so undercooked it was still raw. They probably tried to cook it in the fryer oil that hadn't reached the correct tempeture. I had already eaten my fried tofu and my salad, but the shrimp tempura was inedible. I asked to talk to the manager to tell her about my prediciment. I wanted to pay for what i had eaten but didnt think it was right that i pay for the food that they had prepared incorrectly. She came over to the table and rudely said to me " I cant do that and you should think about what you are ordering before you order". She serves me RAW shrimp and then treats me like im asking for a hand out. I will NEVER eat here again, and if you enjoy going out to eat and being treated like a valued customer you shouldn't either.

If your looking for Sushi, look no more they have sushi rolls to die for! I love them all! YUM YUM YUM!

I go to japantown in San Francisco often and really I would rather go to Sushi Cuisine, they have all the staples and the service is better in fact my favorite unagi is better here than what I often find in SF.
