Totally overpirced for what you get. First off, if you are pushed for time, go elsewhere. This place is laid back. Totally self help on your part. You get you own wine, fetch your own sodas (no diet drinks here) and yes, theres a water cooler jug on thin the dining area if your thristy. There are no waiters.
Pizzas are in my humble opinion, overpriced. size, about 12" in diameter. Bland taste and burnt crust. Expect to pay about $16.00 for this pizzas in the pines. The only thing this place has going is the laid back atmosphere. Sodas are $2. Again, self help. stroll inside, find the tiny fridge on the floor and take your pic. Either Real Coke (from Mexico) or Pepsi (if they have it) no diet like I said. So, if your picky, your outta luck. Oh yes, you set your own table, so you'll have to grab a plate and silverware at the end of the pizza cooking area. Two salt shakers to share amongst every table (and pepper) and one bottle of pepper flakes. LOW KEY for sure, Price: $$$ (by the time you get out of there)
Always great food and an education on wine and food. Robert has so much knowledge and enjoys sharing. What a great wine selection, not sure what you want ask Robert. Thanks for the great dinner, wine and atmosphere.
I absolutely love this restaurant. It is not your typical dinning experience, but the food is amazing, the wine is wonderful (and cheep), and it has such a local feel that just can not be duplicated. One of my favorite hobbies is traveling around the world trying different cuisine. From Tokyo, Paris, SF, New York, Spain, and many others, I have not had an experience that is similar to this anywhere else. Ask for a wine recommendation to go with whatever you have ordered. I promise that if you go here with an open mind to what dinning can be, you will not be disappointed.
