User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe people are unfriendly and the girls who work the front desk are super bitchy and unprofessional. My tat is scarred and got infected. It's cheap, but good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi live an hour away and the driving and gas is worth it to get my tats done there! i went to many other places and they said that for what i was getting they wouldnt be able to put as much detail in it i went to pins and needles they gave me EXACTLY what i wanted and more. i love johns work!! i will now only recommend him and get all my work done there. He really took care of me, cool guy, funny.. ive seen all his other work and it is awesome!!

Had a tattoo It sucked.It got infected it looks like a 4 year old drew it and they are so unprofessional and dirty.Never Ever going back.The good reviews are probably people they know because anyone in thier right mind would not go there.You guys SUCK!!!!

i have seen all of pins and needles work and i did not see one thing that looked like a 4 year old drew maybe it did if you drew it yourself.
