    These guys are awesome! We just purchased a foreclosed home that was in terrible shape. The carpets were the only thing we didn't have the funds to replace. So, I did some checking and Delta Steam had some good reviews on Yahoo!

    I'm just so happy I did called them. They told me right off the bat I should replace the carpet, which I knew and would have liked to do. But once I told them we didn't have the funds Marcel, the Owner was so nice. He took a lot of extra time with us, explaining what would and wouldn't come out. He explained traffic and wear patterns and he even took the time to show us his equipment and to tell us what set his service apart from the rest. The soft, hot water (above 212 degrees) did it for me. I have kids and the fact that they kill the bacteria with the hot water meant everything to me. But, also I like that they don't use the cheap shampoos. I like that they only use hypo-allergenic and biodegradeable products.

    Plus, their equipment was clean, their van was clean and the workers were clean AND in uniforms. I had a couple of other carpet cleaners come out and give me estimates, one guy pulled up with a filthy trailer with a portable cleaner in it, one guy was on drugs, or he had ants in his pants! Another guy didn't have a uniform on and his van was not marked. Another guy wanted to do the job but wanted to be there when we weren't going to be there...that was weird! Another guy was really crazy he wanted to pull all the carpet up and replace pad, that he would sell us, and he added all kinds of extras and ran the bill way up with all kinds of stuff we didn't need.

    Delta Steam was professional, honest and I'm really glad we chose them.

    I use Delta Steam to clean my carpets, And I was so impressed with their professionalism. They cleaned spots that my husband and I thought would never come out! I would give a 5 star rating,Beacause they did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone.

    I recently used Delta Steam to clean my carpets. First let me say I have a dog and three small children in my house so the carpets were disgusting. Delta Steam came out and now my carpets look like new!! The customer service from the time I called to the time they completed the job was amazing. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!!
