    I got a quote online from them and when I showed up, they tried adding an extra $500. they are rude and disrespectful. They are big corporation located in Portland that does not care about the community.

    This dealership is horrible i bought a car from them and it had problems in the month I had it. It spent two weeks in the shop. They were very rude to me and basically told me I was crazy. The GM is a real A**. they need to be a little nicer to their customers. We make their paychecks. I feel sorry to whoever bought the car i returned.STAY AWAY FROM SANTA ROSA LITHIA. go to petaluma dodge they know how to treat their customers

    This place will be like all lithia owned dealerships. Underpaid
    workers and overpaid managers. Lithia is an out-of state corporation with a bad attitude towards hardworking employees.
    If you like the idea of your car being repaired by an untrained mechanic working on commission,you will love these guys. When a technician spends too much time on the job and loses money,he has the opportunity to make it up by working faster on the next job. Just hope it's not your wife's brake job or the guy in back of you who is trying to stop. Find a good independent shop or an established dealership that doesn't pay on commission.
